     Buffalo Chicken Hot Wings

Ingredients
24 chicken wings/drummettes
4 cups oil
4 tablespoons butter
2-5 tablespoons hot sauce (Frank's is best)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
salt
pepper
 

Instructions
1.) Heat oil to 350 (deep fat fryer works best but a pan will do) 2.) Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper 3.) Add wings to hot oil, cook for 15-20 minutes, chicken should be crisp 4.) Remoove from oil and pat dry. 5.) Melt butter in a pan add hot sauce and vinegar. Stir well. 6.) Put chicken in covered contain, pour sauce over and shack til coated.
Serving Suggestions
serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dip
