Preheat oven to 350F. Spray pan with vegetable oil spray. In large bowl, beat butter with sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread dough in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool on rack and remove from pan and decorate.
