     Mandarin Orange Cake

1 - 18.5 oz yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges (juice included)
1 can (15.25 oz) crushed pineapple (juice included)
1 box (3.75 oz.vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. carton whipped topping
chopped nuts

Mix together yellow cake mix, cooking oil and three eggs. Beat for 2 minutes
Add can mandarin oranges. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.Cook cake.
Topping- Mix together crushed pineapple and 1 box of vanilla instant pudding. Fold in 9 oz carton of whipped topping.
Optional- Sprinkle a few chopped nutmeats or coconut on top, if desired. Should keep this cake in refrigerator.
