Drain juice off pineapple, dice apples & soak tbem in the pineapple juice. Cook eggs, flour, vinegar, sugar carefully let it come to a boil. Cool. Add all ingredients except the apples & Y2 c peanuts. Mix well. Pour into apple mixture, then sprinkle with 1/2 c peanuts. (I got his recipe from Priscilla.)
