     BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 c cooked rice
8 oz Velveeta -cubed
2 10 oz pkgs broccoli cuts, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1/2 c milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Combine hot rice & broccoli with cheese. Allow cheese to melt before adding other ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 over. This is something Mom would make for every holiday & any time she had to take something to work. She was the only one who would eat .it until Debbie married Darrell & he liked it.
