Use enough cornmeal to make dough thick enough to pick up in spoon & drop into hot fat. In heavy pan, use grease from cooking the fish, get & keep very hot. Drop mix in by spoonful, let Cook. They will rise to top of grease when they are almost done. Drain on paper towels, serve hot with fried fish.
