Cook & drain jumbo shells. Cool in a single layer on wax paper or foil to prevent sticking together. Brown ground beef & pork in skillet, drain excess fat. Mix meat, eggs, crumbs, cheese, onion & oregano, salt & pepper. Fill each shell with about 2 tbsp filling. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan. Place the stuffed shells, open side down, in single layer in pan. Cover with remaining sauce & sprinkle with cheese. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Extra spices may be used to make a more spicy filling.
