I use the parts of the chicken which we do not fry, backs, wings, necks, all the spare parts. Add black pepper & salt to taste, also small amount of red pepper (don't tell Pat). Boil these in large pot with about 2 quarts of water. Add 1 large can tomatoes (whole, then chopped), 1 large onion, rough chopped & 2-3 medium carrots, chopped. Cook these until chicken is tender. Add 1 can corn, 1 can green beans & any left over veggies in refrigerator. Some people like potatoes, if added, do it just before soup is done. I usually remove chicken before serving.
