     CHILE AJO -GARLIC PEPPERS- MEA T & MEXICAN RICE

Ingredients
1 lb cubed pork
6 medium red tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
6-8 Serrano peppers
Mexican rice
1/4 lb rice
2 cloves of garlic
 
2 tomatoes
1/4 onion

Instructions
Boil the meat & peppers. Liquify the raw tomatoes with the garlic & the boiled peppers. -Put a little of the water from the boiled meat in to be sure to get all of the garlic & tomato.- Cook the sauce with the meat until it reaches a spaghetti sauce consistency. Eat with rice. Mexican rice Liquefy the onion, tomato & garlic with a little water to ensure you get all of your ingredients. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the rice until it is a light brown. Then add the liquefied contents to the rice & fry until a thick consistency is reached. Then add 2 cups of water & allow to boil down until rice is fully cooked & has consumed the water. The rice will be approximately twice its original size when fully cooked.
