     Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
 
1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 9 ingredients; rub all over pork. Let stand 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork to pan; cook 4 minutes, browning on all sides.
Put skillet with pork in the oven. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155 (slightly pink), turning after 7 minutes.
Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
