Brown ground beef & onions, drain. Mix Rotel with soup; crush tortilla chips SLIGHTLY; layer all ingredients in a 2 qt casserole beginning with & ending with chips. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4-6 servings.
