Boil the meat, zucchini, tomatoes, & peppers until they are fully cooked. Heat the pumpkin seeds in a pan until they start popping & puffing up. When they areall puffed up, they are done. Now, liquefy the seeds, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, raw cilantro, & 1/2 onion in the blender with the water from the boiled meat. Salt to taste. Cook it on the stove with the meat until it reaches a spaghetti sauce consistency. Eat with rice.
