     ECLAIR CAKE

Ingredients
1 lb box graham crackers
2 pkgs (small) instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c milk
9 oz Cool Whip
Icing
2 tsp white syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
 
2 pkgs Redi Blend unsweetened chocolate in bags or Nestle's Chocobake
3 tbsp soft margarine
3 tsp milk

Instructions
Butter 9 x 13 pan, line with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk & beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Blend in cool whip. Pour Yz mixture over crackers. Put 2od layer of crackers over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over crackers & cover with more crackers.
Icing Mix & pour on cake. Refrigerate 24 hours. I got this from my sister-in-Iaw Cathy.
