     Creamed chipped beef

Ingredients
8 oz dried beef (or deer)
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 dashes pepper
 

Instructions
Cook beef in butter until edges get crispy. Blend in flour.
Slowly sdd milk. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add worcestershire sauce and pepper. Serve over toast or fried potatoes.
