|
cut bread into cubes and dry in oven; 10 minutes at 150 or so should do- while bread is drying spray 9x11 pan with cooking spray; the temperature and time for this recipe is for a glass pan

beat eggs until frothy, add milk, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon and whisk until all sugar is disolved

|
|
place dried bread cubes in pan, slowly pour custard mixture over bread making certain to saturate all bread; cut butter into small dice and dot top of bread
|
|
|
cover pan with foil for first half of cooking time; setting the pan in a cookie sheet with water is optional; bake at 350 for 45to60 minutes, will depend on your oven
