     Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 Broccoli head
1 lb carrots
2-3 large potatoes
Chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Remove florets from entire bunch of broccoli and boil until soft. (Stalks can be used but need to cook longer). Clean and boil carrots until soft. Clean and boil 2-3 large potatoes until soft. Run broccoli, carrots and potatoes through food processor and thin out to desired consistency with chicken broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. This makes a lot of soup which can be frozen.
