Remove florets from entire bunch of broccoli and boil until soft. (Stalks can be used but need to cook longer).
Clean and boil carrots until soft.
Clean and boil 2-3 large potatoes until soft.
Run broccoli, carrots and potatoes through food processor and thin out to desired consistency with chicken broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
This makes a lot of soup which can be frozen.
