Ingredients
200 grams bread flour
800 grams bread flour
500 ml warm to tepid water over a pint
1 tbs kosher salt
4 tbs olive oil
2 pkg dry yeast 14 grams
 

Instructions
Mix flour in a bowl make a well for the water mix in the well pour the liquid add in salt olive oil and yeast
Mix in with a fork till it comes together then knead on a board cover and allow to raise around 45 minutes
