3/4 cup shredded cheddar, monterey jack or mexican cheese blend
5 jalapenos, minced
Instructions
crumble beef in large skillet and brown. drain fat. add taco seasoning and water; stir and simmer mixture for three minutes. turn off heat and stir in refried beans.
for each wrap, heat tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds. spread 1/2 cup beef mixture, top with salsa, cheese and jalapenos. roll and tuck in ends. wrap each roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
