     PICKLED JALAPENO PEPPERS

Ingredients
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbs pickling spice sachet bag
1/4 cup water
1 tsp canning salt
bay leaves
fresh jalapeno
fresh carrot
 

Instructions
wash and slice vegetables
pack loosely in a jar with carrot and bay leaf heat ingredients to a boil and our over peppers in the jar top off with oil place lid on jar after wiping jar rim clean tighten band process 10 minutes in boiling water bath
