Brownie mix - Place 2/3 cup chocolate chips and butter into microwave safe bowl for 40-60 seconds or until smooth, stirring every 20 seconds. Add sugar and egg, mix well with spoon. Add flour mix just until flour is incorporated. Place batter in muffin pan. Make wells with spoon, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Chocolate mix - Microwave heavy whipping cream for 2 minutes, add rest of chocolate chips and mix with whip or fork until smooth. Place into freezer about 12 minutes or until mixture is cool and starts to thicken, stirring every 5 minutes.
After brownies are cool, add the chocolate mix inside the wells of brownies. May add whip cream, strawberries, etc.
