     Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, sotened
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup confectioner's sugar
pinch of salt
8 ounces melted 60% chocolate
 

Instructions
Process butter, sugar, salt, confectioner's sugar until smooth.
Add Karo syrup and vanilla. Cool chocolate to 85 degrees. Add and pulse intermittently until blended.
Serving Suggestions
Frosts a 9inch 2 layer cake
