     Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 galic cloves, minced
2 tbls. vegatable oil
4 oz can green chilies,chopped
15 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes
3 cans chicken broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin (doesn't taste right without)
 
hot sauce- to taste
4 tbls flour
1/2 c water
3 bone & skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1/3 c sour crream
salt and pepper

Instructions
in a large sauce pan, cook onion and garlic in the oil over meduim heat- about 5 minutes. Add chickenand cook until no longer pink.Add a little water if needed to cook thru.Add chilies, tomatoes(don't drain)Worcestershire, spices, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 20 minutes. In a small bowl mix flour and water add to soup slowly. Bring to a boil and simmer 10-15 minutes. Reduce to simmer. Serve with tortilla chips and top with sour cream.
