     Grilled Pablanos

Ingredients
4 Large Pablano peppers
8 oz Cream Cheese
6 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 oz orange zest
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
Your choice of BBQ sauce
 

Instructions
Core peppers, removing only the seeds that come out with the cores, leaving the left over seeds in the pepper. Cut peppers in half length wise.
Mix cream cheese, pepper jack, salt, pepper, garlic and orange zest.
Spread cheese mix evenly on the insides of all the peppers, making sure to cover all of the pepper fully.
Lay the peppers on a heated grill back side down. Grill until the skin of the peppers is starting to char slightly, the cheese mix should be melted and creamy by that time. Drizzle lightly with BBQ sauce.
Serving Suggestions
serve as an app, or a side dish. Compliments steak very well.
