     COME COOK WITH KELSEY ZATYLNY

Ingredients
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups of chicken or veggie stock
3 nos. egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Step 1- Melt the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and cook them for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Step 2- Add the chicken or vegetable stock, raise the heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3- Remove the mushroom mixture from the heat. Step 4- Beat 1/2 cups of hot broth from the egg yolks until the mixture becomes frothy.
Step 5- Gradually pour this mixture into the mushroom mixture stirring constantly to prevent the mixture from curdling. Step 6- Return the pan to the heat and add the milk, salt and pepper.
Step 7- Reheat uncovered, stirring constantly, but do not let the soup boil. Step 8- Serve the mushroom soup hot and hope you enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
WARNING- Make sure the soup does NOT boil.
