     Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients
3 Cups Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, (Thawed)
3 Tbsp. butter melted
1 Cup Chopped Deli Ham
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup chopped green bell pepper
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
 

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 400 deg. 2. Press the potatoes between paper towels to remove excess water. Press into the bottom and sides of a 8 inch pie plate. Drizzle butter over top. Bake in oven for 25 min. remove. THEN REDUCE OVEN HEAT to 350 deg. 3. Combine, ham,cheese,bell pepper,into a med. size bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into the hash brown crust. 4. Beat eggs in a samll bowl. Add milk salt and pepper and mix well. 5. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake Until set. about 25 to 30 mons. then let set for 10 mins before serving.
