     Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
4 cans diced tomatoes (I recommend boxed Pomi chopped tomatoes for fresh taste)
8 ounces cream cheese (try spinach and artichoke)
Minced fresh basil to taste
Half and half
 

Instructions
Put all ingredients in saucepan. Add half and half or cream if too thick. Blend all together. Heat.
