     Indian Omlet

Ingredients
6 eggs
tumeric(optional)
1 medium size chopped onion
3 finely chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons of oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of milk
 

Instructions
1. Beat the eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk 2. Add oil in a frying pan and heat it 3. Add chopped onions,green peppers and a pinch oftumeric powder 4. Saute for awhile until the onions are transparant, add salt and pepper and beaten the eggs, and mix all the ingrediants throughly 5. Cook over slow flame till the mixture is firm and flip it over and cook until it is done 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves 7. Serve with Indian breads if you want
