     Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups of flour (all purpose)
2 cups grated apple (approximetely 2 apples)
1 cup of nuts (any nuts)
 
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Mix with oil and sugar Mix with baking soda vanilla extract and salt Pour flour in, stir well(use mixer)
Mix well pour into bundt pan Evenly spread the nuts on the top of the cake mixture Bake for an hour (60 minutes)
Serving Suggestions
for best results use a 3 speed mixer
