     Mini Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
1 can (11 oz) refrigerated breadsticks
1egg, beated
Coarse salt, if desired
1 jar (5 oz) soft sharp cheese spread
2 tablespoons milk
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough, separate breadsticks. Cut half lenthwise. Roll breadstick into 10 in. long rope. Shape each rope into a circle, overlaping dough 2 inches from each end leaving ends free. Take 1 end in each hand twist once at point where dough overlaps. Lift ends over opposite side of circle. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, mix cheese and milk and microwave on high for 1 minute until hot. Remove pretzels from cookie sheet. Serve warm pretzels with warm cheese dip.
