     Apple Salad

Ingredients
2 Crisp Apples
Yoplait Light Yogurt (about 2 for good moistening)
a bag of mini marshmallows
cinnamon (powder)
bowl
saran wrap
(a refrigerator or large cooler)
 

Instructions
1. Chop apples into fairly small pieces, leaving on at least some of the outside peel - use tart, crisp apples like Braeburn or Honeycrisp and place them into a bowl. 2. Moisten to your liking with Yoplait Light Yogurt - I like using a swell combination of Very Vanilla and Very Cherry and pour that into th same bowl. 3. Add in a handfull of mini marshmallows to your liking but note; too much will make it not as healthy as it could be. 4. Flavor liberally with cinnamon powder. Taste test it! (it won't taste bad!) 5. Mix together and add saran wrap to cover the top (a lid would work also) and place in the refrigerator. 6. Keep covered and refrigerated for an hour before eating - will stay good for sevral days.
