     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup mazola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
 
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups grated raw carrots
ICING-
250g of cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
300F. Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add oil and mix into dry ingredients. Fold in 2 cups grated raw carrots. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutes.
ICING- Whip all ingredients together and spread on cake when cake has cooled.
