     Glazed Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
2 1/4 lb. swordfish steaks
2 tablespoons. orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 small garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
2 lemon wedges
 

Instructions
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup and garlic, pour over fish and marinate at least 30 minutes. Remove fish. Cook marinade over medium heat, Add cornstarch to thicken. Brush half of mixture on fish and grill 3 to 4 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining mixture and grill 3 to 4 minutes longer. Serve with lemon wedge.
