Beat whites till stiff. Beat yolks with sugar (hand mixer
works fine). Alternately add bananas with cake meal and
potato starch. Fold in eggs whites carefully. (deflate whites at end). Ungreased
tube pan 350 20 min. reduce
heat to 325 and bake 20 more. Make sure it is baked or it
will be soggy and awful. Turn over to cool. Serve with
bananas and whip. Freezes well.
