     Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients
2 cup graham crackers
1/2 cup butter or marg
2 1/3 c powdered Sugar
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
15 oz can crushed pineapple drained
1 c prepared whipped cream
3-6 bananas sliced
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c milk
 
Garnish with-
Marachino Cherries, chopped nuts, strawberries, etc

Instructions
Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish, Stir in graham cracker crumbs and press with a fork to make crust. Bake for 5 min at 200 degrees. Cool. Prepare the 2nd layer by combining sugar, cream cheese, pineapple, and prepared whipped cream in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer to combine all ingredients. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the graham cracker crust.
Slice bananas to cover the pineapple-cream cheese layer. Prepare instant chocolate pudding with milk and pour over the top of the banana slices. Refrigerate to set and store. Just before serving; top with additional whipped cream, sprinkle with nuts and maraschino cherries or strawberries.
