Mix Bisquick, salt and pepper and montreal seasoning a shallow dish. heat oil and butter ina large fry pan over medium high heat. Dredge chicken breasts in the mixture. Pan fry the chicken in batches (do not crowd) until just golden. Place chicken in a pammed 9X13 inch baking dish. mix the soup, sherry, sour cream, mushrooms and asparagus. Pour over the chicken. Bake 1 hour uncovered in a 475 degree oven. Serve with rice or potatoes. It makes great gravy.
