1 pkg. Lipton Spanish, Mexican or Taco-flavored rice
16 oz refried beans
2 c shredded cheese - monteray jack, cheddar, or Mexican
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 c shredded chicken
6 warm tortillas, warmed
2/3 c taco sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. In saucepan, melt butter and cook green onions 1 minute. Stir in rice and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 9 minutes.
Stir in beans, 1 cup cheese, chilies and chicken.
Spread equally into each shell. Roll and place seam side down in 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with sauce.
Bake 10 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, then bake additional 5 minutes.
