     Apple-Cinnamon Coffeecake

1 /12 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tspn baking powder
1 1/2 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn salt
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tspn vanilla extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup diced peeled apple (about 1 apple)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tspn cinnamon
2 tbsp chilled butter, cut up

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a shisk. Make a well in center of mixture. Combinw milk, melted butter, vanilla, and egg, stirring with a whisk; add toflour mixture, stirring just until moist. Fold in apple. Pour batter into a 8in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
To prepare streusel, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut butter with 2 knives until mixture resembles coarsemeal. Sprinkle streusel evenly over batter. Bake for 45 min.
