Boil noodles, drain, and set aside. Brown hamburger, season with garlic and onion salt, drain grease. Add 1/2 lb diced cheese, soups and 1 can water to hamburger; mix and stir until cheese melts. Place half of mixture in a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish. Add noodles and mix gently, pour remaining mixture on top. Top with the ramaining 1/2 lb of cheese. Bake for 25min at 400 degrees.
