Boil noodles for 8-10 min, drain and cool. Brown hamburger, season with garli cand onion salt, drain and cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg whites and oregano. Mix well. Stuff shells with mixture. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Pour enough sauce in dish to cover the bottom. Place stuffed noodles in the dish. Cover with sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 50 min.
