Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, stir together bisquick mix, 1 cup of the cheese, water, and egg; set aside. In ovenproof 10in skillet, cook beef, drain grease. Stir in ketchup, salt and tomato sauce. Heat through. Pour bisquick mixture over top. Bake 29-33 min or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
