Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly mist 8 cups in muffin tin with cooking spray. Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and black beans, heat until warm. Push a wonton wrapper into the bottom of each of the eight sprayed cups in the muffin tin. Spoon a teaspoon of queso dip into each wonton wrapper and spread across the bottom. Spoon in meat/bean mixture into each cup and then spoon a teaspoon of salsa on top. Sprinkle a pinch of shredded cheese on top of that. Repeat layers one more time. Bake in oven for 18-20 min.
