     Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Ingredients
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 and 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
5 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped in chunks
2 oz walnuts, optional
 

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Turn off heat. Add cocoa to pan and wisk until smooth Add sugar and salt - wisk until smooth. Add 1 egg - wisk until blended. Wisk in 2nd egg and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and stir with rubber spatula until blended. Add chopped chocolate and stir lightly. Spread evenly in pan. Scatter nuts over batter.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out with small gooey clumps of brownie sticking to it. Bake 38 minutes. Don't overbake.
