KEY LIME PIE

Ingredients

	•1/2 c lime juice
	•2 eggs separated
	•2 cups sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
	•Graham cracker pie shell


Instructions


Beat egg yolks. Add milk & beat 1/2 minute. Gradually add lime juice, beat 1 minute. Pour in pie shell, refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with swirls of whipped cream.
