Mix ingredients. Keep covered in glass jar. Use 1-2 tsp per cup of hot water.
Mom' s recipe. This is another recipe from that Tea Room that my mom, her sister & my Grandmother would have every Sunday when we would all gather at Granny's house. They all loved it & still use it now.
