     Vanilla Pineappe Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg Vanilla Cake Mix
1 1/4 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 c milk
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 c pineapple tidbits
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In lrg bowl, combine 1 stick butter, 2 eggs and milk with the vanilla cake mix; set aside. In sml saucepan over med heat, combine brown sugar and remainign 1/4 stick of butterl mix until al the brown sugar has dissolved, about 5 min. Carefully pour the syrup into the bottom of a cake pan, lay pineapple pieces over the syrup, and then fill with the cake mix. Place in oven for 40 to 50 min, or until toothpick comes clean. Let cool, then carefully put place over the cake pan and flip it over so pineapple side is up.
