     Herb Biscuits

Ingredients
500 ml all-purpose flour
10 ml granulated sugar
15 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
2 ml parsley flakes
2 ml dill weed
5 ml chives, chopped
50 ml cooking oil
150 ml milk
 

Instructions
Measure first 7 ingredients into bowl. Stir. Make a well. Add cooking oil and milk. Stir just to moisten.
Knead 6-8 times on lightly floured surface. Pat or roll out 2 cm thick. Cut into 5 cm rounds. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 205 degC oven for about 15 minutes.
Makes 12 biscuits.
