Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pound if thick)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper chicken breasts on each side. Mix together mayonnaise and mustard and brush chicken breasts on each side with mixture. Roll in bread crumbs and sprinkle with melted butter. Bake for 40-45 minutes until brown and fork tender. Sprinkle with remaining butter. Enjoy...
