     Sauerkraut Hot Dish

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork steak, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 16-ounce can sauerkraut, undrained
1 8-ounce package noodles, cooked and drained
1 10 3/4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
In large skillet, brown meat. Add onions, celery and cook until onions are transparent. Stir in sauerkraut, noodle soup and mushrooms. Season to taste.
Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
Serving Suggestions
Really good for potlucks. I always have requests for recipe.
