In large skillet, brown meat. Add onions, celery and cook until onions are transparent. Stir in sauerkraut, noodle soup and mushrooms. Season to taste.
Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
