4 Medium Bananas
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups White or Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Flax Meal
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a food processor, puree the bananas, oil and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. 3. Lightly grease 9x5x3 loaf pan with vegetable oil. Pour batter into pan and bake for 60 minutes or until firm in center. 4. Let cool slightly and then loosen the edges and invert onto a flat surface. Turn loaf over and cool completely then slice.
