Combine spaghetti, egg, egg white, milk, Parmesan, cayenne , black pepper and oregano and salt, if using, in large bowl. Spray nonstick 10 inch skillet or regular skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Add butter and heat until very hot. Add spaghetti mixture, spreading evenly to form tight cake. Cook over medium low heat until bottom is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Divide pancake in half with side of spatula or pancake turner. Turn one half over at a time. Brown second side 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
